Now the speakers on the psp console are not that great, in fact they are very small and because of that they can't produce the depth of loud volume and bass. Its ok for gaming while on the go, but for watching movies and playing music, you would get better sound by connecting external speakers. The PSP console comes fitted with a 3.5mm headphone jack that most portable speakers work with your console. 1) Ensure that you have inserted fully charged
batteries into your psp portable speakers. This is very important because dead

2) Plug in the headphone plug from the portable
speakers into your psp console.
3) You can adjust the volume on the psp.
4) For the best sound for different types of
music, you can press the music symbol button on your PSP, it will change it to
different music presets. Like pop and jazz for different equalizer presets that
are already setup. If you want to have a fully adjustable 10 band equalizers
for your psp console, you will need to install a homebrew music app called
LightMP3.
